| Note(s) | With increased activity in the Irish construction industry tender prices are continuing to rise and the gap between these and the input costs of labour and materials is steadily closing. Research from Bruce Shaw shows that on average in 2015 tender prices rose by 6% while construction input costs rose by an average of only 1%. |
