Note(s)This complex was the first to bring all possible banking facilities together. It was built on a 13.4 acre site purchased from the RDS in 1973 for £4.3m. When planning was granted for the centre, it set a precedent for office development in the area. The complex included 440,000 sq. ft. of accommodation and 90 residential apartments. In 2004 three of the concrete-framed buildings were linked by a central atrium space.
