| Note(s) | Planning and Development (Housing), Residential Tenancies Act 2016, Planning and Development (Strategic Housing Development) Regulations 2017 have been enacted by the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government to try to improve the planning process for large housing developments of 100 units or more and student accommodation of 200 bed spaces or more. Applications for planning permission are made directly to An Bord Pleanala for approval and these are known as Section 4 applications. |
