| Note(s) | This pioneering deep energy upgrade of a 1960s home in Wicklow will take place in stages over at least five years. Works were front loaded in favour of the highest energy savings. This phased approach makes it more affordable to achieve the Enerphit standard. Under a new initiative from The Passive House Institute it will soon be possible to get an Enerphit plan certified once the first step has been completed. |
