Note(s)Set in Florence Court Estate, this visitor centre was funded by DAERA Forestry Service to a brief set by the National Trust. It was designed with consideration of the estate's rich history of timber production, the location and environmental concerns. Constructed of a timber frame, structurally insulated panels and expansive areas of glazing, it almost disappears into its wooded surroundings.
