Note(s) | The RIAI silver medal for housing is a biennial award made to encourage excellence of design in housing. Awarded since 1955 retrospectively for a completed project within a given period, the purpose is to give recognition to housing projects of exceptional merit. The winner and highly commended were announced for the period 2009 - 2010 by the silver medal for housing jury. Winner : Social & Affordable Hosing in Santry Demesne by DTA Architects.
