| Note(s) | These eight new housing units represent Phase One of an urban extension to the town of Banagher in Offaly. The housing terrace steps down the sloping site and is angled to the street so that a continuous roof plane is achieved. The scheme uses renewable technologies and achieved a BER A2 rating. |
