An article on a recently constructed trio of sculptures in the Sperrins. The Sperrins are a designated area of outstanding natural beauty but remain a rather untapped tourism resource. Three councils joined in a venture to create a trail of iconic sculptures as part of a drive to broaden the market appeal and awareness of the area.
Copenhangen-based architect Thomas Dambo was brought in to design and build the three sculptures, which are connected by walking trails and scenic driving and cycling routes.
